✦The challenge
Where online stores lose money
Most revenue leaks happen in the last three steps: a checkout that doesn’t offer the customer’s usual payment method, shipping costs revealed too late, or a mobile form that fights the keyboard. A store without Apple Pay, PayPal or a buy-now-pay-later option feels awkward before the customer has even decided.
Behind the scenes, product data is messy, stock doesn’t sync, and the marketing team can’t trust the conversion numbers, so ad budgets are set on guesswork.
✦Our approach
Checkout first, then everything around it
We design the purchase path first, from product page to confirmation, and test it on real phones before building the rest of the store around it.
Payments, shipping, tax and invoicing are configured for each market you sell in. That can mean Stripe, PayPal and Klarna for the US and UK, or mada and Arabic product data for Saudi Arabia (see our Saudi launch guide).
From day one the store sends clean events to analytics and ad platforms, so performance marketing can scale on numbers you trust.

E-commerce Development: questions we hear often
Which platform should we use?
It depends on catalogue size, integrations and who will run the store. We often recommend WooCommerce when you need flexibility and room to extend, Shopify for speed to market and easy day-to-day management, and custom or headless builds when integrations or performance demand it.
Can you connect our store to our ERP or accounting system?
Usually, yes, through the systems’ APIs. We scope integrations carefully because they are where most e-commerce delays come from.
Do you handle payments, sales tax and VAT?
We configure the store for your payment gateways and tax settings in each market, from US sales tax to UK VAT. Registration and tax obligations remain yours, so we recommend confirming them with your accountant.
Do you also run ads for the store?
Yes. Our Google Ads and Meta Ads teams can run shopping and catalogue campaigns once tracking is in place.
